Chapter 40.2

“Are you being serious right now?” I exclaimed as Caesar pulled me towards the center of the crowd.

“Yep.” He replied when he finally put a stop to pulling me, though his grip on my hand remained, not wanting me to run away, while turning his head from left and right to look at the joyous crowd around us. “Look at how everyone’s having fun by dancing and singing along.” He turned to me, a wide and happy smile spread across his face. “This is the kind of fun I want us to have.”

“Since when did dancing become fun for you?” I asked with an annoyed look. “As far as I remember, you have two left feet.”

“Another change.” He said while grinning from ear to ear. “Come on, stop being mad and dance!”

“No.” I then tried to get out of the dancing crowd, but Caesar’s grip on my hand did not let me. I gave him a sharp stare. “Let go.”

“Nope. Not letting you go. You are not going anywhere but here, dancing with me.” Caesar said while still grinning.

I gritted my teeth in annoyance. “Caesar–”
