“Jesus Christ, Rosie.”

“Who are you, sir?” Mr hard asked.

“Who am I?” He repeated walking into the room. “Get your hands off my damn daughter, you piece of crap.”

Mr hard and Mr soft immediately put some distance between us, as Henry came closer.

He touched my face softly.

“How much did you drink, Rosie?”

I hiccuped, staring at him with a woozy look. “Two?” I replied, raising four fingers.

He closed his eyes briefly, then opened them. “Her dress, where is it? He demanded.

“Here…” one of them said, handing my dress to him.

He snatched the dress, then picked me up bridal style and began walking out of the room.

Once we were outside, the noise from the club invaded my ears without restraint.

Henry didn't stop. He just wove through the crowd easily while carrying me.

Finally—

We got outside and the noise dimmed.

“Henry—”

“Don't…” Henry warned, “don't start with me, Rosie.”

I snapped my mouth shut.

He opened the car door and lowered me into the seat, then he got into the driver's seat and began pulling away from the club.

The further we got, the more the noise dimmed… until it finally vanished.

The ride home was filled with a tense silence, Henry gripped the steering wheel tightly while I inched further into my seat.

The air conditioning in the car did a good job of clearing my head a bit.

And as we slowly pulled into the garage, I started wishing I was still drunk.

“Get out,” Henry said, unlocking the car door.

I slipped out, shivering from the cold air, clad in just my panties and bra.

He grabbed my dress and heels, making his way into the house.

I followed close behind.

“Go into your room.” He ordered and I did as I was told.

Once inside, I moved to close the door but he stopped it.

Henry walked in, then slammed the door shut behind him.

“What the hell were you thinking, Rosie?”

I pursed my lips, folding my arms over my chest.

“You were going to—” he cut himself off, running his hands over his hair.

Fuck.

So… handsome. So… hot.

He began pacing the living room, muttering to himself.

“... I should tell your mother about this…”

My gaze trailed from his furrowed brows, to his full lips.

My nipples tightened, as I imagined his lips wrapped around them.

“...of course she'd ask how I know, and then find out I let you leave…”

He was clad in a fitting black shirt that did nothing to hide his build.

I've seen men in their forties, but none of them ever came close to Henry.

“... she'd be so mad at me…”

He was the definition of raw unadulterated masculinity and right now…

I was going to shoot my shot.

I walked up to him, and his gaze snapped to me immediately.

“Daddy, I'm cold.” I said, batting my eyes at him.

He stilled.

“Can you please warm me up?” I continued, biting my lip as I stepped closer to his embrace.

My fingers fisted around his shirt, as I pressed my body closer to him.

I inhaled his scent, basking in the warmth he provided.

And all the while…

Henry stayed still.

“Rosie…” he called, voice strangled.

“Yes, Daddy.”

He muttered a quiet, ‘shit.’

“You need to go and put on something.”

“Why, Daddy?”

He cleared his throat, “let's tone down the Daddy, okay?”

I gazed up at him, fascinated at the fact that he sucked in a deep breath.

“Don't you want to be my Daddy anymore?”

“Of course not… I just think we should start with that, once I officially get married to your mum.”

Mum…

Push it to the back of your mind, Rosie.

You can worry about that later.

“But I like calling you Daddy, it has a nice ring to it.”

“Okay, Rosie. I really need you to step away from me.” He warned, voice dangerously low.

Yes….

Keep pushing Rosie.

It's obvious you have an effect on him too.

All you have to do is keep pushing and eventually…

He'll break.

I pressed my face into his shirt.

“But I don't want to, Daddy. I like how warm you are and how your whole body wraps around mine.”

“Jesus Christ…” he mumbled. “Rosie, listen to me, you're drunk—”

“Drunk? But I'm not.”

He scoffed lightly and began pulling me away from him, but I latched on tightly.

“You are Rosie, and I really need you to step back for both our sakes.”

I stared at him, licking my lips.

His gaze fell down there, then quickly moved back to my eyes.

“But why?” I asked.

His expression looked torn between doing what I knew we both wanted to do and being the father figure he was meant to be.

“Please, Rosie.” He begged.

“I will, under one condition.” I said, raising a finger.

He stared at me with distrust, but still asked. “What is it?”

I wet my lips again, then took his hand… bringing it slowly towards my panty covered clit.

He sucked in a deep breath, eyes widening in shock.

“I have this need, and I want it sated.”

I began, pressing a digit further in.

“How about you satisfy me, after all…” I pressed my chest closer to him.

I smiled, watching as his gaze drifted downwards.

“You're the reason they left me hanging.”

The moment we stepped down from the car, I could feel the reverberations beneath my feet. The car door slamming shut brought me out of my daze.“Aren't you staying in the car?” I asked as Henry rounded the corner and came to a stop beside me.“What do you mean?
