As I reached the arena, I couldn’t help but shake my head. It was all still the same, still same crowd cheering, still the same over the top show. This race is nothing but a stupid show of power, stupid display of violence.

I sighed as my eyes tried to sought my mate, my supposed enemy.

As soon as my eyes landed on him in the family box, my heart beat increased with a whoosh. For a second the only thing I could remember was his smile and our happy times.

A smile that betrayed my resolve came on my face, seeing him again, feeling his presence near by filled me with immense joy. I remembered his teasing, I remembered how he had kissed me that last time. I remember everything good. My heart was dancing with joy, all I wanted to do was run straight in his arms, not giving a damn about my supposed revenge.

I started to make excuses for him, may be it wasn’t Aaron, may be I was just over thinking. It was my hormones,
