Epilogue.

Cynthia Langston

Age- Immortal

“Mumma!”  a five-year Theo groaned.

I smiled and continued to brush my hair while pretending he was not there.

“Mumma I am sorry! Please!” Theo said now using his puppy eyes.

I was smirking as I gave him my back and continued to brush my hair.

“What’s happening?” Aaron asked smiling while coming closer to us.

It was Theo who said, “Dad, Mumma won’t talk to me.”

Aaron chuckled, “Is that so little prince?”

Theo nodded and with his blue eyes glared at me.

I was trying so hard to control my laugh but when he pouted, I couldn’t hold it and chuckled, “Fine, I will talk to you but promise me, you will never do that again.”

Theo looked thoughtful before replying.

Then finally like it suited his royal ways he said carefully, “Okay Mumma! I will not lie to you until it is very necessary.”

I gasped and chuckled, “You! Just wait there.”
