Vikrant stood leaning against the car door, legs crossed, a cigarette dangling between his fingers. Bringing it to his lips, he took a long, slow drag, tilting his head back as the rush hit his mind, filled with just a thought of her, his sparrow.

His sharp gaze locked onto the abandoned building with a smug smirk curling at his lips as he blew smoke out of his mouth before turning his eyes on his men who was surrounding him, waiting for his orders but one of them was restless and worried which he was managing to hide but the harsh beating of his heart could give a clue about his state if someone came close to him but he was good at maintaining distance but his mind was full of worry about them, Raghavi and Abhay.

Rescuing them was a matter of a few minutes for them as they had many more people compared to them but Vikrant was too calm to give the orders.
