JASON AND THE TWINS

Jason felt like he was on top of the world. Usually, he'd be the one to look at the other guys in school with envy, but tonight, it was the complete opposite. He was the one being envied. Why wouldn't he be? After all, he had not only one date, but two, and it was the twins! Amy and Mya held on to him for the last hour, both of them connecting to him by the arm. He made his way from group to group, playing the role of a good host. Amy was good at becoming part of the conversation. Though she always seemed a bit shy, tonight she made an effort. He wished he could say the same about Mya. All she did was stare and listen. Ever so often he would see her smile. He would also catch the glances from his friends.
