DAMIAN'S POINT OF VIEW

As I opened my eyes after a long rest, I immediately saw Cherrie who is lying here beside me.

I stared at her face for a while and then removed the strands of her hair that blocked her beautiful face. I was so enticed by her rare beauty.

I leaned towards her and then planted a kiss on her forehead. And as I opened my eyes after that quick kiss, I finally thought of the events that were about to come as she woke up.

She will surely search for blood.

She is now a vampire so it's understandable that she will look for it. Though she is still able to sleep at 'night' unlike the others because she just awakened, she will soon be like 'me' who does not even need that so-called 'sleeping' regime that Cherrie used to do.
