JIMMY'S POV

As I drove back home, the memories of what had just happened played in my head nonstop. It was meant to be a 'just' kiss, like the first time on campus, although it had also caused an effect.

But this time, as I kissed Kelly, something so strange had stirred up inside me, like a spark of connection had been ignited. A strong sense of familiarity, as if my heart knew something that my mind didn't.
