After I had bursted out in the forest, I made my way back to the pack house very early in the morning, my mind whirled in thoughts.

What was he doing to that lady? Why was she looking up? What was my father doing with her that he'd hold her up to such an extent?

I would have tried the locks but they were a different kind, I didn't have the tools for that, maybe I could get them and go back another time.
