Glancing curiously and unrestingly across the large living room - flanked by exquisite murals and a rural area painting with fertile trees and flowers, sprouting; Mark forced a smile amidst being subdued and pulverized by anxiety.  He could feel her gaze now for she had kept silent already - no giggle nor chuckle.
