Chapter 17

  OCTAVIA

The palace was so beautiful today, the walls and edges were decorated with blue and white flowers. The maids were busy with the different chores assigned to them and they rushed here and there trying to get things done.

I stared down from my window sniffing in the cool air. the morning was so beautiful and refreshing.

I left the window for my closet and brought out the blue dress Sylvia had picked for me earlier. starring at it again brought wild feelings to me.

My dad will be smiling in his grave now. 

"Daddy your daughter would soon be crown queen!!" I twirled around my room with the dress dancing to music only I could hear. 

I fell on the bed heavily and laughed. I was just so happy, my dream is finally coming to reality. I jumped up from bed as a thought crept into my head, I giggled and walked out of my room majestically.
