I grit my teeth and froze in the middle of the kitchen as I heard Asa begin to mumble loudly. I woke up to the sound of birds chirping and absolute bliss. Everything just seemed so peaceful that I'd forgotten where I was and why I was here. The sheets around me were comfortable and soft and they were making me feel warm and fuzzy. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud.I rubbed my eyes as I sat up and looked around the bedroom, seeing that I was alone. I covered a yawn and stood up slowly, running my hands through my hair to tame the mess and walked around the bed to the bathroom.I looked at myself in the mirror before I leaned down and splashed some water on my face before I found what I hoped to be a brand new toothbrush and brushed my teeth.
