He looked straight into my eyes and didn't even think twice about entering the house.

Wasn't he at least afraid that I might be mad at him?

"I guess I need to leave now. It's up to you if you're going to talk to your husband, Miss Sage," said the attorney, who nodded at me and at Miss Nenita.
