Chapter 20: Is It Possible?

I wake up to hear loud noises all around me. Something crashes just within a few inches of my head before I can open my eyes. When I manage to slowly open them, I can barely see anything, and I feel so weak that I can barely lift my arms. Pushing myself up to a sitting position, I do my best to scan the room, but it is so dark that everything just looks like a shadow.
