Chapter 29: The Blow Up
“Why is he still here?” I yell at the top of my lungs before throwing my book clear across the room.
Feeling so upset that I can’t even concentrate, I watch Dominic pace around the room before he replies, “Because he is important. I can’t just go around banishing everyone from the castle and the territory, can I?”
Walking up to him and looking up into his eyes, I ask, “Or is it because it was a servant that it happened to, and she is less important than I am?”
