Chapter 28: Do I Need To Worry?
“I can’t believe that she is just a friend.” I murmur so softly it’s barely audible.
This Evangeline that Dominic claims is his friend, sounds more like a long-time lover who isn’t up to snuff to be his queen and Luna. She must be someone who is an Omega, or even worse from a rogue family. How could I have been so blind though?
Everyday he disappears for hours, and I have no idea what he is doing. I mean he pretty much shuts me up in this castle without any friends except for Monique and I don’t have anything to do but to read and walk the gardens. It almost reminds me of someone who is a prisoner of their own domain. Matter of fact, it is pretty sad once you start to really think about it.
