Dixon's POV.

I feel so happy and complete sitting here with Leo like old times. Seeing my brother after so many years has fulfilled me in more ways than one. 

"She's a keeper then?" He asked me some minutes after McKenna left for the restroom. I looked up at him and smiled.

"Yeah, she is." 

"I'm proud of you, baby bro. You have no idea how much pride and joy I felt whenever I see you on television."

"That weirdly made me feel good." I laughed out. I watched as his countenance changed within seconds. I know that look. He's beating himself up again.

"I'm sorry, Dix. I should have been there for you when you needed me the most. I should have believed in you sooner. I should've known you're strong enough to fight the disease. I shouldn't have walked out on you that day. I shouldn't---"

"You really need to stop apologizing. It's all behind us now.
