Chapter 19
The following morning, I was eager to go to the restaurant. I really want to thank the mystery guy from yesterday.
I would have lost the job if he hadn't given me the apron cos I know coming back another day, the only thing I'll be told is that my service is no longer needed or another person has been employed.
As agreed, Kendall drove me to the restaurant again, I entered the restaurant after waving at him.
"Good morning Richard" I greeted Richard.
"Good morning, Melody. Thank God you came early. Please take these to table 7" he said.
I used my apron and carried the tray to table 7 and that was how the day's work started.
Serving the customers, I looked around for the mystery guy but I still haven't seen him.
'Does he even work here?' I ask myself.
I continue serving customers and today's work wasn't as stressful as yesterday's.

The following morning, I left home really early.Firstly, it was Monday and secondly, so I would have done some work before taking excuse.As usual, Kendall dropped me off at the restaurant and left.I felt like I'm being watched.
