Lavender’s POV

Three days passed since I saw Alex, I couldn’t stop thinking about the kiss. I remembered it yesterday and ever since I couldn’t get it out of my head.

Every time I thought about it, I had butterflies in my stomach. I felt like this wasn’t the first time we kissed. The feeling of his lips on mine seemed familiar.

I think I might have known Alex before.

I sat on the chair and glanced at the empty tables. There was no single customer today, and the close time was in four hours.

So, I had nothing to do for the next four hours.

Ruby was chatting with Dustin, and Mom was cleaning the station area.

Since Alex broke his arm, mom gave him the month off till he removed the cast.

I looked at Ruby, laughing at Dustin’s jokes.
