Chapter 3: Arianna's Cousin, Gave Velasco

(Arianna Pov)

I woke up because I felt hungry. I opened my eyes and slowly got up. I looked around my room. I saw it in my window that it's already night. I sighed weakly and got out of bed.

I went to the bathroom and did my night routine. When I came out of the bathroom I went to the mirror. I looked at myself in the mirror. I combed my hair, after fixing my hair I looked at the clock next to my bed. It's already 7:57 in evening.

I stood up and thought of going out because my stomach was really growing because of hunger. When I came out of my room I saw no people there. My forehead frowned and went down.

When I got to the chin I saw the helpers there. I was surprised because I saw no shadow of Mom, dad, grandpa and Gave. Where are they?

An assistant passed in front of me so I asked. She stopped and answered my question.

"Where are the grandpa's, mom, dad and Gave?" I wonder question.

"They come in a big gathering, Young Lady." She politely replied.

My forehead frowned. Why didn't they even invite me? and they just left me alone? I turned my gaze to the maid who was still in front of me.

"You can go now." I said coldly.

She nodded and at the same time bowed in front of me. I followed her with my gaze until she disappeared from my sight.

I sighed weakly and went to the table. I saw there that the helpers were busy preparing food. I went in their direction and when they saw me they bowed down.

“What are you all doing? Why do you cook so much? ” I wonder question.

"Because Master Han and Lady Cha said we will cook you a lot of food." said an assistant.

I stopped and looked at the food on the table. Too much, and it’s all my favorite.

I fell silent and looked at them seriously. I bit my lip so hard and looked away. Just now dad and mom did it. I couldn’t help but smile slyly.

“That's okay, you can leave. Thanks a lot." smiling I told them.

They smiled and bowed in front of me at the same time. They had left so I sat down in my chair. I looked at the food in front of me.

I inhaled the air in front of my food and they smelled so good. I’m pretty sure they’re all pure delicious.

I took my spoon and scooped up some food. I put it on my plate and started eating. I smiled because it was so delicious.

"I miss this." I said in my mind.

While I was eating someone suddenly sat in front of me so I looked up and looked at who it was. I saw my cousin Gave there.

"What are you doing here?" I wondered the question while still continuing to eat.

“Why? Am I not allowed to come here anymore? ” he asked with a frown.

I didn't feel like looking at him and just ate some food.

“I didn’t say anything like that. The distance of your answer to my question.” I said while looking at my plate.

"The old man said, I'm supposed to live here first because you seem to have someone with you too." he says.

I looked up and looked at him curiously.

“Why? He's driving you out of your house?” hesitant question once mouthful of my food.

His two eyebrows met so I laughed softly.

“Tsk. No. He just wants to join us here because they are leaving tomorrow.” he says.

I stopped eating and looked at him seriously. Is what I heard correct? are they leaving mom and dad, tomorrow?

“What? Where are they going? ” I wonder the question.

"I don't know." he answered seriously.

I sighed weakly and dropped my spoon while leaning against the back of my chair.

"And who told you that I would stay here while they were gone?" I asked with a smirk.

He frowned and looked at me seriously.

"Do you think you can leave the mansion?" he asked reluctantly.

"No." my short answer.

"Then, what did you say earlier?" he asked.

I laughed a little and talked to him eye to eye. His forehead frowned and his two eyebrows met.

I smiled at his reaction. He seems to know what I want to convey to him.

"No." he answered immediately.

I looked at him coldly and seriously. He adjusted his seat and looked at me seriously.

"No, Ria." he said seriously.

I laughed a little and looked at him with no appetite. I crossed my arms while still leaning back in my chair.

“You can’t say no to me, Gave. Cousin, you might forget.” I say seriously.

"And why is that? Yes, we are cousins ​​but I will not allow you to leave this mansion lest the old man take you away from us again. ” he said softly.

"Of course not. We're not going to tell him I don't live in the mansion, are we? And one more thing, he's not here.” I say seriously.

He was silent so we looked at each other.

“Please. I don't like this mansion, it's like I'm being strangled and imprisoned here.” I added.

I saw him sigh and at the same time look at me seriously.

“Fine. But let me make the way, do you understand?” he said seriously.

I smiled and nodded. He was upset so I laughed softly. I know he can't stand me. We are the only two cousins ​​and he is also the only cousin I know. His name is Gave Velasco, we are cousins ​​on dad’s side. My Dad is the oldest brother of my dad and it's old man’s son is two boys and that is Gave’s father.

"Just let me come and say hello to you, do you understand?" he said seriously.

I smiled and stood up. I approached his seat and hugged his neck.

“Don't worry, you can come to my condo anytime. You probably know where that is, don't you? ” I whispered softly to him as I still hugged his neck.

I felt him tap my arm so I was released. He looked at me with a smile.

"Thank you." I whispered softly enough for him to hear.

He stood up and messed up my hair. I saw his smile and his two dimples.

“It doesn’t matter, Princess. For my only princess, I will do everything to make you happy. ” he said with a smile so I hugged him.

I felt him hug me and kiss my forehead. I smiled and hugged him even more.

I was lucky because I had a cousin like Gave, who could do everything for me and could protect me.

(Gave Pov)

I am here now in the living room, sitting while waiting for Ria to come down. Yes, I call her Ria short for Arianna. Her name is so long for me.

After she ate earlier she immediately went to her room to tidy up because I invited her to go to the mall. We don't have anything to do here so it's better that we just take a walk in the mall. It's only now that I'm with her again after we haven't seen each other for a long time.

I really miss her. I really miss my Princess. I smiled secretly and just shook my head. I leaned back in my chair because until now she was still not her.

Grandpa, aunt and uncle attended a party. Only the rich and famous could go there and our family was one of them. Our family is on the list of the richest people in the world. So I won’t wonder why grandpa went, because their business partners were there too.

But when grandpa and Ria returned to this country, Ria's behavior changed, that's exactly what I noticed in the few days we spent together in this mansion.

She has become a fighter now, play girl, cold, and only once smiled. She is very different, the Ria I met when we were young has changed.

I don't want to say this but she has really changed. I miss her all. I missed my naughty and cheerful cousin when we were young. But now, she is different.

“Easy, Princess. I think the heat is in your head now. Do you have a menstruation now?” I wonder the question.

Her eyes widened as she looked at me. So I backed away. I'm dead. I ran away before she hit me.

“You! Gave!!! ” her angry shout that I have heard before.

I turned to see where she was and she was still in her place. I smiled secretly and waved at her. I saw the sharpness of her gaze on me so I ran away because she also ran in my direction.

When I got out of the mansion I immediately went to my car. I saw her approaching me so I hurriedly got on board. I turned it on immediately and was about to leave but was also stopped because I saw her in front of my car while cross-armed.

“Shit. It's over.” I whispered softly.

I scratched my head and slowly got out of my car. She looked at me angrily so I signed peace. She is like a demon when angry. Scary.

"Hey, Princess." I call her once fake smile.

She slowly approached where I was so I swallowed saliva several times.

"P-princess, s-sor—" she didn't let me finish speaking and just pushed me out.

I was sitting on the ground so my eyes widened as I looked at her.

She went to where I was before and turned to me with a smile. She entered and sat in the driver's seat. She closed the door and opened my car window.

“Are you just going to stop there? You're not coming? ” she asked.

I came back to myself when I heard her question. The hell, I can't be without you. I quickly stood up when I heard the car engine start. I went to their seat and sat there. When I sat down, I turned my gaze to Ria. I was swallowed by saliva while looking ahead.

“Do you know how to drive—” she didn't let me finish speaking and quickly drove my car out.

"Fuck!" I whispered softly and clung to my chair.

Shit. She was driving too fast. My eyes widened because I could no longer see anything on the road.

“What the fuck, Ria. Slow down! Shit.” I shouted.

But she didn't listen to me and she just ran faster. Fuck! Shit! Damn! .... I've called all the saints and all the cheap ones seem to have come out of my mouth. I couldn't help but close my eyes and go completely unconscious.
