With excruciating slow steps, she came toward him.
She was in a dress so revealing and deliciously indecent.
It was a white lacey and flowered short gown. It was painfully tight, so he wondered how she managed to walk with it.
Unbelievably transparent, he wondered, too, the essence of wearing it at all when you could stay naked. She was barefooted, her long legs straight, smooth and silky.
As she stretched out those long legs, taking slow steps towards him, it built his anticipation, each step skyrocketing his curiosity. She shone so brightly, implausibly emitting light like a bulb with so much energy and powerful electricity.
She was the only thing lighting up the room, the room which he was yet to recognize.
He was sure that he had seen an angel.
At least, that was the only explanation he could give to something so incredible and imposs
Taking a deep breath, he reached out to touch her face. Midway, he was interrupted. What was that sound? It sounded like a phone ringing. He twisted his head around, trying to locate the source of the sound. When he could not, he turned back to look at her. She was fading, gradually disappearing.“Wait!” he shouted, snapping his eyes open and abruptly sitting upright on his bed. The buzzing of his phone on top of his bed, beside his desk, drew his attention. So that was it. That was what rudely interrupted.Sighing, he used his left hand to rake his hair. The second fucking time! He had never once thought that he would regret the existence of phones. Speak about wrong timing. The phone was still buzzing, asking for his attention. Hissing, he climbed out of bed, picked the phone and threw it across the room.“Fuck you!” he said through gritted teeth. Ignoring the phone, he stripped and headed for t
Damien walked into his office. The leftover pile of paperwork neatly arranged on top of his office desk greeted him. He stared down at them for two minutes straight, then he groaned out loud. How has he been doing this? That, he didn’t know, but what he did know is that he couldn’t do this any longer. He needed a personal assistant. He walked over to his office chair and sat down. The last thing he felt like doing was work, and he didn’t. He took out his phone to call Lucas. He answered at the third ring.“Hey, bro, I need your help.”“Damien, if this is about that-”“No, this is not about her.” Damien cuts him off before he finish speaking.“Thank goodness, so you want me to hook you up with someone else?” Damien knew he was smiling. He could hear it in his voice.“No, not that. I’m very capable of getting myself a
“Lucas, how are your recommendations for a personal assistant for me going?” Damien spoke into the phone, with an exhausted tone. The work had been clamping down on him at the same time he could not get this Celine girl out of his mind he had even gone back to the club and asked the bartender there. The man had no clue who she was either and he claimed to have not seen her since that day.He had been getting very frustrated. But fate had smiled on him.“Why not put up a notice for one yourself man. You were not satisfied with all the ladies I got you, I even recommended some male assistants, you know, in case it was just the gender that was the problem. You constantly find fault in every single one of them. Honestly I do not know what to do for you again. I am really trying not to get pissed of here.”“Fine, forget the search for the personal assistant. I was looking for
He picked it up, opening the last page, a smile grew on his masculine face.Celine's angelic face was on the file and the way she smiled in the picture, it brought back images of her in his car that night. The way she hide her face, looking down shyly, he found it so cute. When he told her she was more beautiful than his house, she brightened up the entire place with her smile and that turned him on then just like it was doing to him now. This wasn't love. This was a messed up version of an outrageous lust that would soon eat him up if he didn't find a way to bury himself deep within the softness of her body. That was the only way he was going to take images of her from his head. He had to stick to his rule of sleeping with a woman only once.Though something deep within told him that Celine was going to be di
Celine paced impatiently in her room. She was in deep thoughts. She had played her seduction card. She had left Damien wanting and craving for her. Now she was at a cross road.Should she walk back to his house? No, that would be too strange. If she was going to maintain the façade she was carrying. That move would be too calculative to pass as a natural coincidence again. He might smell out her dirty plans and reject her for good. But staying away for too long wasn't helping her either. What if he forgot about her? What if her seduction wasn't good enough? What if he got furious the moment she walked out of his house?"God please help your daughter.
Damien couldn't sleep that night. He tossed and turned on his large bed, imagining Céline and how beautiful she would look in person.Would she wear pants and a shirt?Would it be a fitted corporate dress, the ones that had a little slit by the side?He imagined her in every possible dress and outfit.Ever since Lucas informed him that Céline had accepted the job offer, he was elated.Morning didn't seem to be coming fast enough. When it was five o'clock in the morning, he got tired of trying to fall asleep. He jumped off his bed and went to prepare for work. The earlier he got
He stood there, like in a trance, he couldn't move. His eyes remained glued on her body. Her red hair was tightly packed in a low chignon. She had the lightest of make up on her face. She wore a tight black dress that reached her knee. The dress hugged all the right places, accentuating and defining her perfect features and curves. It was a miracle he wasn't drooling by now.A good two minutes passed and they were still in the same position. The tension filled the air around them and Céline bent her head, an attempt to hide her blush. An habit Damien found too cute to even deny."Good morning," she greeted him, her voice was shaky and though she tried to hide it, Damien noticed and this caused a great warmth to flow through him.
"Don't forget to add a cup of black coffee to it." She heard Damien say from inside. His voice sounded dangerously close, so, she took a safe step back. It would be too awkward for him to open the door and find her leaning on it.Shortly, the door flew open. Her heart skipped another beat as her sea-blue eyes landed on Damien. The magazines and newspaper, really did him no justice. The gritty stubble around his jaw had grown a bit but it still made Céline weak in the limbs.Good lord, he was handsome. The air around them became too hot, maybe because he was standing too close to her, or maybe it was the way he was looking at her. But Céline became red, she knew she was blushing. She bent her head low,
