CHAPTER 41
Xavier knew that this would be too much for her. He left Dwight in the kitchen while he and Sierra went into the bedroom. She needed to lay down for a little while to process this information that she had just received.
"I will just be in the kitchen if you need me." He was trying to make her realize that she could trust him.
"I don't know what I will need but I will keep that in mind. Thank you." She replied absent mindedly before laying down.
Xavier couldn't help the hurt her felt at her distrust. He quickly shut the door and headed to the kitchen. Dwight was pouring himself a cup of coffee when he entered the room. "I thought that I told you to take it easy on her!" Xavier snapped, more irritated than he thought.
Dwight looked at him guiltily. "I know, I know, I'm sorry. I just couldn't resist, she just looks so much like my sister that it shocked me! I miss her so very much

It won't be long now before I can implement my plan! Brent was starting to get edgy, he told Mack that he wouldn't call until eight o'clock in the evening. The only way for Cheryl to rest was to be sedated. Mack tried to sleep, but every time he closed his eyes he saw those photos of Madison. He was pacing around the house when his cell rang, he raced over and grabbed it. "Hello?""Detective Stone, this is Inspector Eddie McIntyre. I am in charge of you partner's disappearance. We have, just recently, dusted her phone and we were able to lift a couple of finger prints. One print belongs to Sierra and the other came back unknown. When Brent finally checked on Madison, he found that she was curled up in a ball apparently asleep. He went back upstairs and grabbed her something to eat and a glass of water, then he headed back downstairs. He placed the food and water near where she slept. He sat down and waited for her to wake up. After a few minutes she stirred and sat up, looking at the food, suspiciously.He chuckled. "I haven't poisoned it so you can eat it."
