The next day I was busy in my work at office when I was called for a meeting. Mel introduced me with everyone and she told me about a meeting in the evening with the clients.

She was going to start a new project with another company. I prepared the presentation and she looked impressed by it but she didn't say a word for my encouragement. I was disappointed for that. In the night after having dinner I was busy on my laptop when I got a call from Audrey. She was looking worried.

Aden "What happened?"

Audrey "Are you with Mel?"

Aden "Why would I be with her?"

Audrey "She isn't home. Everything is broken. The door was left open. She called me two hour ago and she was home. Her phone is on the table. I am worried. I am gonna call her Dad."

Aden "No wait Audrey. I am coming. Don't tell him..I will search for her."

My heart was beating fast. I was scared. I didn't know how I drove till her house. I opened the door and
