The day of the full moon festival has arrived, and cries and agony were echoing in the whole land. Mild wind and tremendous rain were pouring heavily on the earth's surface, the Buffin of fire and every other thing needed for the festival had been well arranged. A Lot of pregnant women refused to be consoled as their pups were forcefully taken away from them.
"Who is there?" With a buff tone, Susan asked as she noticed the door being banged at the wall. Walking quietly was Robin, stopping at his track, his eyes widening as he saw the kitchen knife that his wife was holding in her palms.
"What did you think that you were doing?" Rushing toward her, he grabs the knife and shoves it away, "We need to get the fuck out of here now!"
"Where exactly…..?" Susan uttered with confusion.
Standing in a place, Robin stared intensely at his wife. "You know that I love you and our unborn child so much….
" Yes, I know so no need of reminding me," She glared at him.
"Look, Susan, we have been married for a long time now without a pup……." Swallowing, he continued, "And now we have finally been blessed with a pup and you think that I am going to watch them take the life of my baby!"
"We can't do anything, Robin….." Her lips twitched as she stared at her husband with pain and vulnerability. Placing his two hands on her cheeks, he drew her closer to himself and whispered "I love you so much to watch you go through this pain…… we need to escape before they get to us,"
"But how? How can we escape with the way his warriors were patrolling throughout the place….." She cries out, "The only solution is to kill ourselves before they find us…." Pleading with tears stung at the corner of her eyes she begs her husband to consider her request.
"Never!...." Robin growled possessively.
"We are leaving and we have to be fast before they should be near our doorstep…." Dragging Susan, he proceeds towards the door.
"Stop!"
"How do we escape without being caught?" She suddenly asked him.
"I find a friend that is willing to help me escape from here,"
"A friend? And who is that?" Her eyebrow furrowed up in a confused way.
"A witch….. She is a witch and all this doesn't matter for now we need to leave," Trying to pull her to the door. Susan squatted his hands away.
"It matters because I need to know where you are taking me and my baby to……" she voiced out.
"Your baby or our baby…… and I assure you that it is safer than here," Robin mumbled hurriedly to her in a low tone.
"I don't care all I need is my baby's safety,"
"And that's what I am doing…" Robin says.
Slowly opening the door, he peeps sideways to ensure that the warriors weren't in any way close to them. Not seeing anyone, he widely opened the door and clasped Susan's hand but before they could take a step away from their house. They heard one of the warriors querying them from behind.
"Where were you two heading to?"
"I am taking her to the open ground for the festival…." Robin said with a lot of confidence like he wasn't afraid of death, the warrior seemed stunned by his tone of words but he ignored him and pretended like he heard nothing. Susan was already shaking like a dry leaf and rain-soaked chicken behind Robin as she clenched her grip on his hold with her nails painfully piercing Robin's flesh. He gave her a small look, noticing how nervous his wife was. He tightened his hold on her, squeezing her hand to assure her that he is here with her.
"Step aside, I will lead her to the place," lustfully eyeing Susan, the warrior muttered. Robin's face caressed in anger as he glared at the warrior who was busily eye-raping his wife.
"I said for you to step aside!" The warrior blows hot at him, to avoid drawing any of the other warrior's attention, he steps aside but not without giving his wife a small encouraging smile.
"Good, now get out," the warrior snarled as he lugged Susan forward to God knows where. The nervous Susan kept struggling to free herself from his tight grip but it was all to no avail as she was no match to the huge man and with her condition, she couldn't do much.
Noticing that the man was restraining them from the supposed place to another place, which seemed darker and scary, she screamed for help but using his palm the man cover up her mouth and kept pushing her into the place with Susan shrieking and shouting but all her cry wouldn't be heard as the man's hand on her mouth couldn't allow the sound to rattle at the place.
"Plea…see…" With a faint breath, Susan cried out as tears rolled down her cheeks. She watched with terror as the man strode toward her like a wolf trying to devour his prey but luckily for her when all hope was lost, she noticed the man fell instantly to the ground with blood zooming out of his head.
"Ahh….."
She exclaimed as she felt the murderer drop the huge plank on the ground, looking terrified she watched as Robin emerged out of the shadow, her heart quickly moved up and down in an instant as she stares at her husband. She thought that Robin left her in the hands of that pervert, and a sad smile curled up her cheeks as Robin drew closer to her.
"Hey….." embracing her in a tight hug, a sob escaped Susan's throat as she allowed her tears to roll down her cheeks.
"I thought that I had lost you…." She whimpered.
"Never! I will always be with you, babe," kissing her ears, he sensually whispered to her.
"We need to go now…." Rubbing her back, Robin whispered calmly to her ear.
"Yes, we need to go,"
"But which way?" Susan mustered some courage.
"Just follow my lead…" Robin told her.
Ambling quietly through the pack territory as they kept hearing the cries of melancholy mothers and newly born babies being battered. Robin safely guided his wife towards the secret passage, opening the gate that led to the waterfall, he quickly glanced at the place.
"What are we doing here?" Susan blurted out with fear.
"This is the secret passage….." Robin says.
"A water!....." She snapped her head at her husband looking surprised.
"How can you call this a secret passage? This is a waterfall for god's damn sake!" She exclaimed.
"I know but this is just not water but where the witch friend of mine awaits our return," Robin tried to reason with his stubborn wife who was staring at him like he had lost it already.
"How could you call water a secret passage? Why did you allow this so-called witch to deceive you? How could she tell you that she is waiting for you under the water and you went far to the extent of believing her?.......
"Calm down, first….." Robin quietly said to his wife as he noticed tears rolling down her cheeks.
"Is she a mermaid? Because I see no reason why she should tell you to jump into the water and you believed her…… Did you even consider that I am pregnant and couldn't swim due to my condition? Or am I such a burden to you that you planned on getting rid of me?" Tearfully hitting his chest, she cried out.
"Listen to me first!" Robin half yelled.
"Listen to me this is not just a waterfall, jump into the water and you will find yourself elsewhere," he let out.
"How? And besides, if it was possible then why haven't Marcus known of this place," she asked him with uneasiness.
"Look….." Moving closer to his wife, he pulled out a silver chain from his pocket and put it on Susan's neck. The necklace brightened and glowed as it was put into Susan's neck, startling her.
"This is what she gave me to wear to avoid appearing at the wrong place and with the light glowing is our connection,"
"Connection! Like how?" She questioned with confusion as the whole thing seemed strange to her.
"We need to go and I promise to explain everything once we leave this place….." Robin mumbled impatiently to her as he glanced everywhere to ensure that they weren't followed by any of the warriors.
Noticing Susan's hesitation, he gestured for them to move forward, he was getting a feeling that the warriors might be here anytime soon and he didn't want his life or that of his family to be in danger if they were by any means found.
Unhurriedly lifting her head, Susan hurtfully glared at Robin "Are you cheating on me?"
"WHAT!..........
"WHAT!....... " I can't cheat on you and you of all people know that and besides, you ask too many questions. We need to leave before those warriors see us……" Robin pleaded. "I am asking too many questions that I noticed you cheating on me with that witch that you called friend……" she half yelled angrily at him. Robin ruffles his hair in frustration as he watches his wife blabbering non-stop. "Then if you weren't cheating on me, what is the connection between you two? And why should a necklace be the symbol of your connection with her?" She questioned as her eyebrow perked up in confusion. Turning to face her, his once hardened and angry face softens as he stares at his wife. "The glint of the necklace is what signifies that she was now aware that we were close to her place and she needed to come out of the water to lead us to the crucial place," he explained. "Fine….. I will just trust you on this one," she murmured. Smiling as he tried guiding his wife on how to jump on the wate
"I am your wolf…… your wolf…… " But I will appear to you…………at the right time! Right time! Sleepily turning to the other side of the bed, she heard another voice but this time the voice was more intruding, enchanting, and tender. "Who are you?" She barely muttered as she felt someone appear in front of her, she could feel the presence but she couldn't see the person clearly as the figure was covered with clouds and it felt burly for her to see the clear image. "I….I….. Am….your maker…….your maker…..so do not fear! Do not fear! " Your mission……on……this……on this earth……is……closer……than….you……expected…..expected "I…… will…..guide…….you…….to……the……rightful……person……person……… "Your…..half……is…….being……held, held……captive…….captive……and……him. I….. I mean only him…..will……help you to conquer……and smash……the demon……god! god! " What…..are you talking about?" The word trembled fearfully out of her lips. "Come….my……child, Selena…….made from…. with my……body and…..flesh, COME! " HOW DO Y
"I will start from your real identity, I will begin with who you truly were……" Ashley declared. "What are you talking about? I know my true self…… I know who I am," Selena drawled with a confused brow. Wiggins her head, Ashley grimaced as she glanced around before focusing her attention back on her "Then who are you?" Selena stared at her as if she had just lost it, "I am an ordinary human orphan……" she muttered the last word with pain and sadness. "You are not a human but a werewolf…." Ashley stared at her for some minute before she announced her identity to her, Selena gazed bewilderingly at her before she rolled into a loud laugh but her actions didn't budge Ashley. She waited in anticipation for Selena's action, she wanted to know how she would be able to handle the truth. "You know what….. I have never pictured you as a comedian because it will never fix you but today you sound like one," Amidst her laugh, Selena expressed. "You supposed to know when I am serious," Ashley sa
"Because of his egotism and avarice," Ashley mumbled. She gazes at Selena, she knows that Selena doesn't know what is in for her, but she hopes that she will be strong enough to face him. "A voracious and ravenous god!" Selena loudly muttered. "Yes! He is a piggish god who enslaved his people….because we were living more like slaves," Ashley spits horribly. "But what does he have to do with the peace of the supernatural realm?" Selena asked with difficulty. "But why all this? It isn't like they were the ones that sent him out of the macrocosm," She says. "So what is the solution to all these things now!" "The moon goddess has seen everything and took it upon herself to create a young she-wolf whose fate in the supernatural domain lies on her palms……." "Wow! That's great news but why is the chosen one hesitating to strike?" Selena glanced at them with delightful eyes. "The chosen one is no other but you, Selena…" Ashley proclaimed. "What!..... What a crazy idea," jerking up fr
Selena Running out of my already ruined home to calm down my head a bit, my head is spinning and it feels like the world is swiveling around me. I have run more than my legs could carry me but I kept pushing despite the pain around my knee and below my abdomen. The air feels like I am suffocating in it, the atmosphere seems dull to me. I know that my once quiet lifestyle is now over, that sooner or later that I will meet Marcus Verne. I still can't wrap that I am a werewolf around my small head, Marcus Verne from what they told me is very powerful and dangerous. How could a girl like me with no strength or power be able to stop him? Where should I start? Why should the moon goddess choose me? Clasping my grip around the bark of the tree, I bent down to catch my breath. I don't think that I would want to go back there because I still don't know how to face them. The idea of turning into an animal scares me and weighs me down, I have read a lot of books about werewolves and supernatur
After days without the sight of Selena, Liam couldn't handle the news about Selena's disappearance. He hasn't been himself, he surely misses his childhood friend more like a sister to him. Swirling uncomfortably around his bed since he couldn't get any glimpse of sleep, he angrily strutted towards his mother's chamber. Without knocking or even making his presence known he bashed into Ashley's cavity. "Why didn't you knock?" With her back facing him, she questioned. "Have you heard from her?" Ignoring her question, he asked. "I asked you a question, Liam!" "Have you seen her or know where she could be?" He rebuffed her. "LIAM!" "Fine! Fine! …… I am sorry for bashing into your room but…." He paused. Staring at his mother, he pleaded "But I need to know where she is," "She will be ok," Ashley assured him. "Just ok….." Liam repeated with confusion. "How can she be ok when we don't even know her way about?" He asked with his eyebrow furrowing up in confusion. "The information
"Mom, she seemed weak and for some days since her return, she hasn't spoken…. She has been tight-lipped and her sudden behavior scares me," Liam complains. "I thanked the cosmos for enabling us to be able to find her," Ashley relishes before veering around to meet her son. Resting her two hands on his shoulder, she kneads them before muttering "She is still confused and doesn't know what to do….." "Then that means that we are going to give her more time," Liam said with expectation. Wriggling her head, she smiles sadly before looking her son dead in the eye "There is no more time……. She needs to start training before Marcus gets any information about her," Lowering his head, he looks triumphed over. Ashley rubs his shoulder to assure him that she is here with him. "Is alright, I understand how you feel….." "What next?" Mustering some courage, he asked. A smile escaped through Ashley's lips "Good!" She commented. "But first we need to take her to the twelve circles of the witches…
The massacre of the newly born pups has ended as the news of the moon goddess has gradually faded away, but still, that doesn't make the supernatural domain at peace for there is still pain, and agony echoing in the land since every single soul was still living in fear and with tension. "Tick…tick," tapping his hand on the table as he sips his drink, Marcus signed deeply. What is still keeping him from having the whole world under him? This is the question that kept repeating itself over and over in his head, he had almost overthrown the whole of the supernatural domain but still, he felt like he needed something which he is yet to understand. Still, in his thoughts, the door was pulled open revealing his beta more like his best friend Reagan. Striding towards him, he pulled out a chair and sat down. "What's going on, you called?" He asked. Letting out a deep sigh, Marcus mumbled "Have you heard about the twelve circles of Witches…..?" "Yes! Of course who hasn't heard about the mys
