Once inside the burning building, the flames danced mercilessly around me as I heard the piercing cries of a baby coming from above. Desperation fueled my every step as I raced up the stairs, every fiber of my being urging me to reach the child. But as I approached the third floor, the smoke thickened, suffocating me, while the searing heat threatened to consume me entirely.

Coughing and gasping for breath, I arrived at the charred remains of the staircase, now collapsed and blocking my path. Panic surged through my veins, as realization hit me that I was trapped, cut off from the source of the baby's cries. My mind raced, searching for a solution, but my options were dwindling like the flames devouring the foundation of the building.
