Chapter 27

I didn't know what time it is, but I know it's late.

It took us a while to completely leave the train grounds, seeing as though the property was huge and there were people everywhere, but nobody really seemed to question our presence and we slipped out smoothly.

The sun has set behind the mountains and the street lights and countless fast-food restaurants were the only shining things in the darkness of the night. The moon and stars were completely covered by the thick, heavy rainclouds threatening to spill all over us.
