I froze as the door shook behind me. I felt shivers tickle up and down my body and I turned so fast my hair swung around and smacked my face. I shoved the ponytail back and studied the door. The sound is coming from the basement.
And there was only one thing left down there.
The door banged again and I jumped from the loud sound. The fear kicked my brain back into gear and I turned around, bolting back down the hall and to the room we just came from.
