“Hello” my voice sounded cold on the phone, I wanted him to know that I wasn't going to accept any bad news at the moment.

“Alpha, Luna Freya has been found and she is currently at the Triple moon Pack as we speak. I have all the information about her past lives. Everything you can use against her…” He explained.

“See me now in my office!” I growled in rage. Freya has been found and my wolf seems to be in rage. Hearing that some little woman jilted us has caused a huge rage in our hearts, I never wanted Freya to begin with.

But only she could save my pack from being stolen by my uncle and his illegitimate son. I didn't realize how hard my fist was tightened around the pen until I let go of its body crushed to dust.

I watched as Allison made her way towards my desk, she was dressed up in an eye-catching dress, set to seduce me.

She took her steps slowly towards me and when she finally got to my desk, she placed her hands around my shoulders, rubbing it slowly before giving me a massage.

“Alpha Dominic, I can see that you're stressed out” Allison whispered near my ear, indulging me deeper into the moment.

“Yes, I am” I responded with a long frown on my face. “Luna Freya has returned and I have to get married to her immediately” I announced to her and she paused the hand movement on my chest.

I knew she was going to be stunned by the news. Allison has stood by me for years, even when I've tried to convince the elders to let us get married, it was highly forbidden by them. Although I was in love with her, we had a secret relationship for years, hoping that one day, the prophecy would change.

“W… what? Dominick? Are you still going to marry that woman?” Allison asked me in shock, I could feel the rage in her voice.

“I'm so sorry, Alli. I have no choice. But trust me, I still love you so much. You have ny heart and she can only have the title of being my Luna”

“What the hell are you even saying? It's been three good years. Why can't you see that I'm fit to be your Luna, Dominic? I've always been by your side and fought with you in wars. I can't just sit back and watch you make Freya your Luna. Besides, she's been married to another for four years. She let another man use her. She's just a leftover!”

“Allison, please, it's enough! This is the decision of the elders. You know how much this pack means to me. I will marry her without any refusal. But trust me, I will still be yours. I will never claim her as mine.” I explained, pulling Allison over for a kiss. “I've missed you!”

“Let go of me!” She lashed out, pulling out of my hold. “Since you've made your decision, I'm afraid we can't be together for tonight. I need time to think and digest this news, please” Allison announced before leaving my office.

“Look what you've caused me, Freya Wilson. I promise, you'll pay for this!” I declared ruthlessly.

FREYA

My eyes glared open while it was humbled quickly by the ruthless florescent lights of the room. I tried to look properly, realizing that I was in a family bedroom.

I do not know how long I've been asleep, but surely, it was long enough for me to be brought back to the Triple Moon Pack by my father. I remember my room so well. Nothing's changed here.

I tried to sit up but the excruciating pain on my abdomen stopped me. I quickly touched my stomach. “M.. my baby..”

“You lost the pregnancy, Freya. It was the only way to keep you alive.” I heard his familiar voice speak as soon as he walked into the bedroom.

“F.. father” I called, lowering my head in shame as I realized the gravity of my actions. I'd failed him, now I have to stay back and fulfill his plots.

“Freya Wilson, you disappointed me.” He stated. I knew he would say that.

It's been four good years since I left the Triple moon Pack in order to marry Vincent. I stead I got betrayed, divorced and lost my wolf. My father would never forgive that.

“I'm so sorry, Dad. I never thought that Vincent would betray me this way” I said

“I already told you, nothing good comes from the Cruz family. I'm glad you learnt your lessons already. Now it's time for you to fulfill your duties as the Luna of the triple moon Pack.” He explained it to me.

“Father, I just lost my child. Please, I need time” I flared up in rage. I cannot believe that all he cares about is my filial duties.

He didn't even care about my health.

“Freya, I already had the best of doctors to help heal the wounds. You'll be fine in a few days. You've been unconscious for two weeks. The Western pack has been lenient with us for years now. It's time for us to make everything official. I already announced the engagement at the last banquet” he informed me.

But it was still too sudden for me to just get married after everything I've been through. I still need time to think about it.

I parted my lips to speak when I heard my father cough hard. He quickly used a handkerchief to wipe the blood off his mouth.

“Father, are you alright? Should I ask someone to call the doctor?” I asked him.

“No, there's no need for that. Freya, your old father doesn't have much time left. Please, you need to get married soon” he begged me. “I need to make sure that you're in good hands before my demise”

“What? Father, you're not going to die!” I declared in disbelief to what he'd just said. My father was healthier four years ago. What happened all these years?
