Steps forward
I finish cooking just as Damon gets home. He looks from to towards Raye and I see him relax. I'm guessing he thought I wouldn't put her down.
"House is sorted, so first thing in the morning we go." Damon smiles at me as he puts his jacket down.
"Okay, well I am going to leave and call into the club, give you two space." I watch my dad leave, sitting we eat together, and I listen to Damon as he explains everything that has been done.
After eating, I put Raye in bed, watching as she falls asleep.
I need to relax, Damon wasn't here when Lucy was taken, and I know it will be harder for Lucy to take Raye with us both here.
Walking out, I see him sat on the phone, his eyes glance to be briefly before back to the laptop. I don't want to interrupt, so instead I clean up. As I am finishing, he finishes his call.
"So you agreed baby girl?" I turn hearing his words. "Saturday, I didn't think you would?"

The week goes amazing, I slowly get used to the house and relax. We have heard nothing from Lucy, and while I want to be happy and smile, I am worried.If she is like Paul, I know she will be planning her come back, and that has me worried. I wake and groan. My mind reminding me of what happened.I remember driving home, then walking in. As I walked in, I saw Damon. I run upstairs, if I can get into Raye's room the door locks. As I get closer to the I feel her dragging me back.Screaming, I fight her onto the floor. I wake up and feel Damon wrapped around me. It feels strange now, knowing that everything is over. "Morning baby girl." His words cause me to smile. "Morning daddy, you got out of last night."
