"I.. I slept in a.. C-cottage, yes a cottage. I found it when I was trying to find a way to reach the camp. It was getting dark and I decided to sleep there for the night." Thea said. She felt bad for lying. She never lied in her life. It's for the first time she is lying.
"I don't know how I reached the camp. I kept on walking and found the camp." She added further.
She could have tell him about Ares but she doesn't wants to, atleast not right now.
Kai didn't believe her but didn't said anything. She maybe saying truth.
"Ohh." Kai muttered. "Are you alright though? I mean you are not hurt somewhere, are you?" He asked her.
"He is a type of person who cares for everyone. Thea is his classmate and he grew worried when he heard about her missing. If someone else had been in her place then he would have got worried for that person too.
