When Alex finished arranging Ethan’s wardrobe, he turned with a quiet confidence and said. ''Let’s go out.''

Ethan furrowed his brow. ''No. I want to rest. Besides… I don’t really know any nice places here. Every time I’ve been to Tokyo, it’s strictly business. I never stay a day longer than I have to.''

Alex walked over to where Ethan sat on the bed, his expression soft but persuasive. ''Don’t worry. I know my way around Tokyo. I’ll take you somewhere nice.''

Ethan blinked, surprised. He stood up slowly. ''You know your way around? Have you lived here before?''

Alex chuckled, a low, teasing sound. ''Something like that.''

Then, without hesitation, he reached for Ethan’s hand. ''Come on. You won’t be disappointed.''

Ethan looked down at their entwined fingers, then up at Alex’s face.

There was something in his eyes—steady, reassuring, familiar.

Ethan nodded.

Still holding hands, Alex led him out of the room.

Guys, I'm really sorry for the late update, today was insanely hectic for me and I barely had the time to type, I could only manage to write a chapter when I got the chance. I'm trying to draft another now and I don't know if I'll be able to finish it, but I'll try to post another soon.
