Work was becoming too much for me, and Antonio didn't bother to check on me or the document he kept on my desk, which I didn't read by the way, no time to waste on pointless things.
I was at work pretty early, earlier than usual, because the looks that I had been getting from Mr. Blue scared me; it wasn't the usual mean look, it was more of a relaxed look, which I think meant he was tired of my bullshit and was going to fire me soon; so I decided I wasn't going to let him make that decision.

One week! That was the last time I saw Antonio, not like I was counting the days, I just unconsciously knew. It was good. More days without him and I'd terminate the contract and find a tangible relationship. It turned out that Aliyah travelled and she only just got back, I felt really bad for not having a close relationship with Aliyah as much as I'd like. She is the coolest person I know. She honestly had a good heart, the best heart. We promised we'd keep in touch more, and I was more than ready to keep the promise. I didn't have female friend while growing up, because I intimidated everyone; I'm not even trying to be cocky, that was what I heard a few girls in my class say when I was in high school. It felt nice to finally have one, and a beautiful one at that. We slept really late, because we had a lot of things to talk about. I told her everything that happened with Noah, Antonio and even Mr. Blue.

It surprised me how I was able to get to work on time, with my encounter with Antonio. It felt like the man just knew what buttons to push, and when to push them to get me annoyed; he was a pro at it.When I stepped into the building, there were a lot of eyes on me; it wasn't the first time I was stepping into the office and having everyone look at me, but something was different; everyone had disgusted looks on heir faces and they were whispering to each other. After the men left, I decided to go shopping for groceries because I was out of everything in my house. It was six pm when I stepped out of the building.
