Elijah’s POV

Murmurs echoed around me as everyone exchanged uneasy glances. Apprehension filled the air. Bad news always traveled fast, but this wasn’t just bad news, it was something that could affect everyone when the time comes. It was a threat to their safety. Kylie had been kidnapped. Right inside our park’s jurisdiction.

My hand clenched into a fist, heart pounding with unease.

If they dare hurt her...

I tried to calm myself, but my heart only clenched tighter. I glanced at Barkov. “Bring me to the place.”

He didn’t hesitate. His expression was just as tight as mine as he turned to the others.

“Training is dismissed until further notice!” he announced.

I followed with a command, “Everyone should be prepared for any news at any time.”

“Yes, Alpha!” came the united reply.

Barkov and I exchanged a look. Then we moved. We charged into the woods, eyes sharp, senses spread to pick up any change.

The air was cold, the weather chilly. I sniffed around – no vampire

  • Sins With My Ex's Father   Chapter 134: Calling Mia

Kylie’s POVDespite me reassuring myself, the heavy feeling nestling in my chest wasn't fading away; if anything, it was building up like a volcano. I continued with my dancing, trying to distract myself from thinking about things that didn’t make sense, but it wasn't working.I had no idea why I was being like this.I hadn’t fret too much when I signed the contract and called him, but he never answered. So what was up with me now? When an hour passed, I grabbed my phone, wiped away the sweat on my forehead, and proceeded to ring him again.Just like earlier, there was no answer. My hand tightened against the phone, that bad feeling spreading through my chest. After a while, I thought of who to call.Balkov.He would definitely know his whereabouts, but then, I don’t have his number either.I groaned in frustration, tossing my phone onto the couch before collapsing right after it.Damn! Is something really wrong? Is my intuition really right? No, Goddamn!Elijah is an Alpha!Nothing c

  • Sins With My Ex's Father   Feeling restless

Kylie's POVOne random morning, I was learning a recent Tiktok dance that had gone viral when my phone chimed, indicating that a notification had come in.Pausing the video, I swiped down, and my eyes dilated when I saw the two consecutive messages—one was a payment alert, and the other was an email.I immediately planted my ass on the floor, running my hand through my hair to comb away the strands blocking my view while clicking my bank app.I still had some savings—not really some, but a hundred thousand plus—but now, there had been an addition that made me break into an ecstatic smile.Five thousand dollars! My hands trembled, the phone threatening to drop. I blinked repeatedly just to make sure my eyes weren't playing me. And no, they weren't. I made an actual four figures just for one shot. All this while, I had been expecting maybe three figures at most—not daring to believe or expect more than that. After all, I was just a rookie.Who knew... I would get this much!Happiness fl

  • Sins With My Ex's Father   Chapter 132: Greatest werewolf of all time

Third Person POV A blade buried itself deep into his side, and his body stiffened. A growl tore through his throat as his body shook—feral, painful, and aggressive—the kind that numbed your scalp. His body trembled, showing signs of weakening. His purple eyes faded back to their original human color. Another wolf seized the chance, driving claws into his back. The black wolf staggered, blood darkening his fur, the silver burning through him like poison. At this point, he was their prey, not the other way around. But the man wasn’t called the greatest for no reason.Even on the verge of collapse, struck from all sides and weakened so badly with blood forming a lake beneath him, he still fought back, and fiercly at that, like nothing could stop him, or his bloodlust. His movements were sharper and bruter like he wanted to end them all, and every time he moved, he struck a person. He snapped jaws, ripped through flesh, dug into eyes—but his strength was waning. No matter how strong he

  • Sins With My Ex's Father   Chapter 131

Third Person POVIn a distant clearing at the edge of the city, the moon hung in the cloudy skin, round and for some reason, full of dream. Crickets and insects echoed in the surrounding, and the night air hummed with something different — something one couldn't point there hand on. It was calm, but more like a calm before the storm. At this moment, a single black car rolled into view, headlights slicing through the nights as its tires crunched against the gravel road.Moments later, the growl of engines filled the silence. One by one, several other vehicles appeared from the darkness, circling the lone car like predators trapping their prey. Their engines cut off in unison, leaving only the thrum of stillness hanging in the air.Something was about to happen. One could tell, from the way the environment stilled.Doors of the surrounding cars opened at these moments. Men stepped out with towering figures and suit hugging their figures. They were wearing a mask that hid their appeara

  • Sins With My Ex's Father   Chapter 130: Nostalgia

Leonardo’s POVWhen I saw Kylie’s slightly nervous expression, I spoke with reassurance. “Don’t worry too much about it. It’ll happen in two months’ time, so yeah, there are still several days left. I’ve already contacted a mid-sized brand about you shooting their cosmetics line, but they haven’t responded yet. If it goes our way, I’ll let you know.”Her face brightened with a smile that lightened my heart too. “I understand. Thank you.”There wasn’t much else to say, and the silence that stretched between us suddenly made me nervous. After a while of doing nothing but glancing around the room, I finally gathered the courage to point at the lunchbox I’d brought. “A gift…”“Gift?” Her eyes lit up.I swallowed and refused to meet her gaze, looking everywhere but at her. “Yeah. A little congratulations for all your first achievements.”“Oh… I get it. Thanks so much!”Kylie leaned forward curiously, her fingers brushing the lid before she flipped it open.I watched intently, holding my br

  • Sins With My Ex's Father   Chapter 129: Walking the runway

Kylie’s POV"Jealousy, is that you?""Says the one with hair thinner than my nails." "It's not that hard to scroll. She's pretty, tall, and has long legs. Look at her hair, too. So lustrous." "That was a wig... isn’t it?""It doesn’t look like one, but who knows? Anyway, she looks hot."I continued scrolling down, liking all the comments that said good stuff about me. Of course, there was no way there wouldn’t be hateful comments once in a while, but I didn’t really dwell on them. They didn't worth my time. Instead, I focused my attention on the praises. Before I knew it, hours had passed with me rolling on the bed and vibing with videos that had nothing to do with me. I yawned as a wave of sleepiness hit me, tossing the phone aside. Goddess.TikTok was indeed addicting.****Two days later. It was around noon when my doorbell rang, and peeking through, I saw Leonardo carrying a lunch box.I immediately opened the door, and he waved at me with that signature cool smile. "Yooo, y
