50. I WILL TELL YOU NOW

The thing that awoke Niccolo up from his slumber was the streak of sunlight pouring into his room through the gaps of the curtains. With eyes still half opened, he groaned, realizing that his nape hurt terribly from the position he had fallen asleep.

He was still in his desk, a burnt out candle and multiple parchments strewn all over, most of them new. Slowly as Niccolo's eyes adjusted to the room, he stretched his arms out, until the scent wafting into the room hit him.

Like an eager dog, Niccolo sniffed the air, feeling his insides soothe from the delicious smell of pancakes and eggs and mountains of bacon. It has been quite a while since he had actually craved for food.

Over the last few days everything had seemed so dull to Niccolo, with their music failing them, Niccolo never really felt hungry, or he did but didn't bother to eat.
