"Dianne, when is the doctor coming?" Nicolas looked impatient, the man staring boredly at the entrance. He was eager to get up early and was even able to join the small exercises with the patients in the economic ward.

"Patience, Nicolas. The head nurse said that the doctors in this hospital are still in a meeting," Dianne said for what seemed like the umpteenth time this morning.

"God, can't they examine me first and then hold a meeting?" Nicolas complained again. He got off the bed and stretched his waist to ease his impatience. "I can walk fine now, I feel rebirth, I should be able to go home."
