I was sleeping peacefully until I heard Scarlett groaning. My eyes flew open immediately to check on her. All of my nerves went on high alert as I looked at her still closed eyes.

She is sleeping and she is having a nightmare. Her brows were knitted together as beads of sweat formed on her forehead.

" Baby?" I said in a hushed voice not wanting to wake her up as it was still dark outside.

As soon as I touched the back of her hand which she was using to clutch the sheet tightly she grabbed my hand immediately.

" I am here," I said, gently running my fingers through her hair. She seemed like she was calming down a bit, but she was mumbling something. I moved closer to her mouth to listen to what she was saying.
