“The fuck you did that for!?” I shouted at Austin. He was laughing from the moment Elio left until now, and quite frankly it was getting annoying. I growled and folded my arms, annoyed that he found this funny. But I didn't. I wanted to simply flirt with him, just to make Elio jealous, but he did the unexpected and kissed me.

“How else were we going to do this silly? Hold hands and sing love songs?” Austin asked, after he stopped laughing. That sounded better than what happened.

“Did you see the way he was acting? If I had asked him if he was jealous, he would have denied it, even though I could see that he was.” That was true, I saw the way he was watching us and I could tell that he was jealous. But, it felt like I was cheating on him, and that was not what I wanted. Even though flirting was considered cheating as well, what Austin and I had intended to do was harmless flirting, so I didn't see it as such.
