I was sitting in this office, wondering when I was going to get the hell away from here. The meeting was so boring, I felt like plucking my eyeballs out. Alex glared at me as I clenched my fist, wishing I could pummel it into one, if not both, of these Elders. If I were to allow Storm to gain control, he would have torn them to pieces already.

The door opened, and Austin walked in with a frown on his face. He folded his arms and stood next to me, since every seat was now occupied. I felt a surge of anger rushing through me as I remembered the way he and Acacia were kissing. I bared my teeth at him and growled lowly in my throat as I continued to clench my fist. But, he didn't react in the slightest way.

“Ok, now that everyone is here, let's get started.” Van said while he stared at us as if we were wasting his time.
