LOGINTwo guards entered Kian's bedroom. They held a firm grip on his arms, locking him in place. "Don't let them touch you, Via. I'm gonna find you again."
A tear slowly slid down my cheek at the sight of my brother. All this time, I thought of him as my savior. I never knew how pathetic he truly was.
Apollo threw me over his shoulder like a bag of potatoes. He carried me downstairs while his brothers followed suit.
"Let me down!" I exclaimed before slamming my fists into his back. But my punches didn't land the way I expected them to. They meant nothing against Apollo, he didn't even flinch.
As we stepped out of the house, the cold air bit into my skin. "Help! I'm being kidnapped!" I yelled into the air and earned a chuckle from Atlas.
"Nobody's coming to help you, Love," Atlas assured me in a cold tone.
I raised my head and saw how my neighbors closed their curtains.
They were scared of the Graves triplets. Still, these people watched me grow up. Together, they could have easily overpowered them.
Unless they were in on this too...
"How long have you been planning this?" I asked, my fists pounding into Apollo's back. He roughly placed me into the car before tying a piece of rope around my wrists.
Ares got in behind the steering wheel. Apollo and Atlas joined me in the backseat, their knees pressing into my thighs.
I should have gotten on that plane. I never should have come back home. I glared at Atlas before pushing his knee to the side. I did the same with Apollo before letting out an angered huff.
"Is this what you wanted when we were kids? To treat me like a piece of property?" I asked, frustration building inside my chest. "How much was I worth, Apollo?"
Apollo's gaze slowly raked over my trembling form. He paused on my lips. "You were the interest, Livia. The principal was the neighborhood. You're just the profit."
I felt Atlas's hand slide an inch higher on my thigh, his thumb tracing slow circles on delicate skin. "And what do you do with profit?" I asked, anger rising in my voice. "Reinvest it? Or do you just use it until it's spent?"
Atlas leaned in, sandalwood and pine, filling my senses. "We keep it," he murmured. "We lock it in a vault and never let it see the light of day again."
The car came to a stop in a beautiful driveway. Apollo answered a call before stepping out of the car. Atlas jumped out of the car before holding his hand out to me.
"I can do it myself," I whispered under my breath before sliding off the expensive leather seat.
Atlas shut the door behind me, and I curiously stared up at the glass mansion towering over us.
A massive infinity pool served as the centerpiece of the house, translucent blue water spilling over the edge of the cliffside.
A garage filled with expensive sports cars was visible through a transparent wall. Palm trees and bollard lights decorated the entire estate, emphasizing their wealth.
Ares threw his arm around my shoulders before leading me into the house. The air inside the house was sterile, but the faint smell of sandalwood lingered.
Atlas came up to me and lifted me onto a barstool in the kitchen. I hopelessly looked down at the rope still tied around my wrists. I only looked up once Apollo entered the kitchen.
They started circling me like hungry predators, and my heart hammered against my ribs. Apollo spread my legs, and a soft whimper escaped my lips.
"You do not speak unless spoken to. You do not touch a door handle without permission. You belong to the collective now. What one Graves has, all Graves have." Apollo stated, his dark eyes burning into my skin.
Atlas's chest pressed into my back. He rubbed slow circles on my arm, comforting me against Apollo's harsh words. Until he started sliding his hand closer to my inner thigh.
"We've shared a face and a soul since the day we were born. Did you really think we wouldn't share you, Love?" Atlas whispered into my ear, his lips brushing the shell of my ear.
"You'll forget whose hands are whose, Beautiful," Ares said, before sinking his teeth into the soft skin on my neck. A stinging pressure bloomed across my neck, but it was quickly replaced with a rhythmic suction that made my toes curl.
"We are going to ruin you for any other man, Princess," Apollo uttered. His voice was gravelly as he joined Atlas in a race of who would get to my throbbing core first.
Ares slowly slid his hand into the pocket of my pants. He pulled my phone out before snapping it in half. The sound made me flinch.
In the midst of the chaos, I completely forgot about my phone and that I could call 911 for help.
Apollo grabbed a knife from his pocket. He expertly flicked it open before cutting the rope around my wrists. He pressed the edge of the knife against my neck, and I became paralyzed with fear.
"Get up," he commanded coldly, and I slowly rose from the chair, before standing on wobbly legs.
He signaled something to his brothers. And Atlas moved first, he slowly started undoing the buttons on my shirt.
Then I remembered. I wasn't wearing a bra.
Apollo pressed the knife deeper into my skin, not enough to draw blood but enough to remind me of what would happen if I made a wrong move.
My shirt soundlessly dropped to the floor, leaving me completely exposed to their predatory gazes. I squeezed my eyes shut before covering my chest with my arms.
A dark chuckle escaped Atlas's mouth. He roughly grabbed my arms before pinning them to my sides.
Ares placed a kiss on the mark he left on my neck before wrapping his hands around my waist. He unbuttoned my pants from behind, and the loose black material slid down my legs, leaving me in nothing but my panties.
"Welcome home, Princess. You're never leaving again." Apollo said, his lips brushing against mine.
I clutched the small vial of Ace’s blood in my palm as if it were my lifeline, heavy with the truth of my past and the potential for my future. I leaned across the center console and kissed Atlas, a quick press of lips that tasted of triumph."You did well in there," he nodded in approval, pecking my lips once more before shifting the car into gear."We did well," I corrected him, a breathless laugh escaping me. We slammed the doors in unison, the sound echoing through the empty shipping yard. I was beaming, and my mind was already racing through the logistics of the DNA lab we were heading to. I felt like a player finally making a move on the board instead of being a pawn. But as Atlas pulled out of the warehouse lot, my heart skipped a beat.In the rearview mirror, a black SUV was parked in an alley. I instantly recognized the vehicle. My hand shot out, gripping Atlas’s forearm so hard he hissed out in pain."What?" He questioned in confusion."Look," I said, pointing in the dire
APOLLOMy car suddenly felt too small. I sat in the shadows of a quiet alleyway, switching the engine off with calculating hands. My eyes were fixed on the steel door of Atlas’s private warehouse. Livia and my brother went inside fifteen minutes ago, thinking they were being clever. They thought I wasn't aware of their scheming. They were wrong. Nothing happened in this city without my permission, without my knowledge. This betrayal was unacceptable, especially since it came from two people I trusted most in this world.I tapped an impatient beat against the steering wheel, my jaw so tight it ached. My mind was a storm of calculations. Why here? What was Atlas hiding in a shipping container hub? I had a feeling it wasn't MoonDrop. If it were business, Atlas would have brought us all in. But this wasn't business. This was personal. This was about her.My phone vibrated, the screen illuminating in the dim light of the alley. An unknown number came up, and I swiped to answer."Spe
Atlas and I stepped back into the glass house, my hands wrapped around his arm.Ares was already up. He was sitting on a barstool at the kitchen counter, the rising sun glinting against the amber liquid in his glass. He was drinking whiskey at seven in the morning, his shoulders hunched in a way that suggested he hadn't slept a wink. Atlas didn't stop to stare. He simply gave his brother a curt nod and made his way upstairs to take a shower. I, however, couldn't just walk past. I went into the kitchen, my footsteps silent on the marble. I wrapped my arms around Ares from behind before settling my chin on his shoulder. He smelled like pine and clean linen, a grounded scent that made my remaining anger disappear."You're back," he noted, his voice gravelly."I am," I said. I reached around him, pouring myself a finger of the same whiskey. I just slid onto the countertop, sitting right in front of him."Day drinking?" I asked, my eyebrows knitting together as I watched him swirl th
The digital clock on my bedside table glowed a bright shade of neon green. 3:00 AM. The glass house was silent, and the tension of the fight I had with Apollo and Ares still lingered. I couldn't sleep. Every time I closed my eyes, I saw the face of a father I didn't want. I saw Ghost, how he's probably laughing at me right this second.I grabbed my phone before sending Atlas a text.Livia: Get the car ready. I need to leave. His reply was instant. Atlas: Out front in two.I pulled on an oversized black sweatshirt and matching joggers, an outfit that hid the princess they wanted me to be. I stepped out of my room, moving as quietly as possible. I’d spent years sneaking out of my childhood home, knew exactly where not to step, so the floorboards wouldn't creak underfoot. These concrete floors are child's play. I slipped down the staircase, past the kitchen where I'd been "locked down" just hours ago, and out the front door. The cool night air hit my face as soon as I stepped outsi
When Apollo gave me permission to use his computer, he thought he was throwing a bone to a caged animal. He thought I'd be looking up interior design for our new home. Making the final arrangements for the ball.He was wrong. The first thing I did was contact Atlas through an encrypted channel we'd established weeks ago. A ghost line that even his brothers didn't monitor. I called in a favor with a contact I'd kept hidden since my days at the camp.I wanted Ace and Larkyn to feel what I had to feel. To burn the way I did. I wanted them to experience the same panic that the triplets felt when they realized I was gone. I wanted them to choke on the grief of a missing heir. I would make them pay. The Russians were next on my list. They were a target I intended to systematically dismantle until there was nothing left but ash. And then, the final boss. I'd have to face Ghost. And Gunn. To think, Gunn used to be the only real friend I thought I had. He was the one person who knew
ATLAS"Vicente, shift that crate three inches to the left!" I roared, my voice echoing off the metal walls of the loading dock. Vicente didn't flinch. He knew me too well. He simply signaled the crane operator, and the last massive crate of MoonDrop slid into place with a heavy thud. This was the final batch. The Italians had already wired the upfront payment. Eight figures of clean, untraceable capital. The Japanese cartel had followed suit an hour later. Apollo was already moving that capital through a few offshore accounts, turning blood money into legitimate corporate growth. So far, everything was going down smoothly. This particular shipment was destined for Brazil. This was a massive play, one that would cement our influence across the southern hemisphere. People always underestimated me. My brothers were the faces of the Graves empire. Apollo, the ruthless leader and Ares, the notorious sniper. I was the normal one. The one with the innocent face. I had no special
The sound of bullets slamming into glass echoed through the house. I grabbed Laura's arm, pulling her around the countertop. "Get on the ground," I ordered in a rushed tone. I dropped to the ground, taking the safety off my gun in alert. Laura lowered herself, nervously crouching beside me. "You
Kian's body lifelessly dropped to the floor. A shocked gasp escaped my mouth. The syringe dropped from my hands.Apollo was on his feet in an instant. He aimed his gun in Uncle Aaron's direction, ready to take action if he needed to. Uncle Aaron tucked his gun back into his waistband before slowly
The clock in the hallway ticked out the time. I stared at the ceiling while holding onto Gunn's hand. I lowered my gaze to his unconscious form. He'd been sleeping since that night at Muron Lab. "I'll make him pay for this," I promised in a hushed tone. I got up from my chair, gently pulling my
I jumped out of Atlas's car, rushing over to Gunn's side. I pressed two fingers to his pulse. A soft breath of relief made its way past my lips. "He's still breathing," I told Atlas who paused for a second. "You sure about that?" He asked before jumping out of his car. He lifted Gunn out of the c
