That night, they didn't hesitate to gather the few clothes Julian bought for her in the past few weeks they spent together like couples.

After they were done arranging her luggage, Julian sat her down and said with a sincere voice,“ I need a favor from you, Alvina. Do this and you will be safe.”

“And what could that be, if I may ask,” her low voice echoed as she sat on one of the room chairs with her legs crossed.

“Hmm…” Julian sighed and said,“ I need you to promise me one thing, Alvina.”

“Come one, you have said it the second time now. Just tell me what it is and stop faffing around. Is it that hard to say it?” she rolled her eyes and crossed her arms with a smirk plastered on her face.

Julian swallowed hard,“ I know this might be tough, but you have to do it if you truly want to stay away from your husband.”
