Janette trudged through the familiar hallway on Monday morning accompanied by Michael and Anna, then came to a halt at the front of the classroom. Sensing her hesitation to open the door Michael reached out his hand for the doorknob and fleet the door open, ushering her into the room; reluctantly she walked into the full classroom and stood few steps away from the door, giving way for Michael and Anna. “Ms. Johnson, I’m glad you have finally decided to grace us with your presence today.” Mr. Stephen muttered and waited to hear what Janette had to say.

“Well, thank you Mr. Stephen. I didn’t realize you missed me this much.,” Janette began. “Glad to see you again, Mr. Stephen,” she said sarcastically, smiling at him. Mr. Stephen looked at her in her expensive fashion clothes, observant expression told Janette he wasn’t happy with her choice of words.
