Gabriel and Rachael train for two hours and decide to take a break. Gabriel picks up a telephone and calls reception. He orders for water and juice. “You have more stamina than I expected,” Gabriel commends Rachael who is soaked in sweat. “Stamina? Rachael stands under the shower; playing back earlier events in her mind.Why did she get mad at Samuel? John opens the door and barely sees Rachael's frame behind Gabriel. The sphinx turns his eyes to the vampire and pulls away from Rachael. “Rachael, come on girl. John, Elena and Gabriel have a laugh as John makes a joke about Elma. Elena wasn’t comfortable when she first came here but being with this group of immortals has changed her perception of vampires. Before now, she and her family only ever tortured creatures of the supernatural for information that would lead to another hunt. She saw them as monsters who only thought of draining the lives of mortals. She never thought they had real social lives that did not involve death. A soft song plays in the background. Its fine tune flows through the air and resonates around the room. The room is spacious but filled with an atmosphere of wicked intentions.There is a round pool inside; it is not filled with water but blood.Adrian, Alex and another man stay close to one edge of the pool.Adrian and Alex are silent as this unknown character plays with a silver coin in his hand.Throwing it into the air and catching it. Rachael’s mind is blown away by the change in the environment.She checks her wristwatch to see the time is 10: 53 A.M.It’s still morning but it is dark as the night.Did Manhattan's Central Park always have something like this?She knows the answer is a no.There is no way the weather changed without Dracula being involved.Especially today.What is that smell?Rachael frowns with disgust as a terrible smell invades her nostrils.Nausea claws at her throat and she feels her belly close up.“What the fuck is that smell?” Warren asks but Byron ignores him.They leave the shelter of the trees and find themselves in a wide space.It stretches to an endless route from left to right and another set of trees at the north of the place.There is someone up ahead.Rachael sees someone in a maroon red cloak.The smell gets worse as they get closer to the cloaked person.Rachael turns and vomits as she sees dead bodies piled on each other.She closes her eyes and spits on the floor as the sight
