“…She have such a weird smile, it seemed like she had it in the bag already. Maybe she knows one of the interviewers? What if she said something to them about me? We barely spoke but she didn’t seem to like me very much”, Melanie was saying, taking a large bite of the croissant she had gotten from the bakery a few blocks way from her apartment.

“That would be quite stupid of her if she did that. And unprofessional too. I don’t think anyone would look kindly on anyone that tried to sabotage others”, Erin said ,tucking a strand of her hair behind her neck.
