Chapter One hundred and Nine - I miss you

Jason's point of view.

I placed my hand gently on her head, noting the temperature difference between now and the last time.

"She's okay, just sleeping," Someone said from behind me, startling me.

The sound of heels clicking as they touched the floor prompted me to turn around so I could see who was there.

"Nice to see you after so long, Jason," Cameron's lips stretched into a wide smile as she said that.

The corners of my lips rose up in a polite smile, "It's good to see you too, Miss McClain, how's the family?"

"Family's good," Her eyes moved quickly to look at Meda, "I feel so sad seeing her in such a state, I called multiple times, I tried to visit, I even went to Paris and discovered she was no longer there," She placed her hand on her chest while her entire face morphed to one of shock, eyebrows raised, "And the next thing I'm seeing on the news is news about her abduction and your brother being on the run. It's all so..... I don't even know the right word to use for it."
