Chapter Thirteen

"Meredith Tremblay" The lecture calls out again, he raised his head, looked above his glasses which were on almost the ridge of his nose "Is she not in class?" He asked with a surprised look.

"Yes sir, she isn't" Someone answered.

"Okay." He said and continued to call the names in the book he was holding.

"He looks surprised," Kaiden said, he noticed that each time a lecturer takes attendance and this particular name is mentioned, they seem surprised to know the person is not in class

"She never misses class" A female voice answered him, he looked at who had answered, she was one seat away from his, the seat between them is empty, she smiled elegantly at him, she brushed back her hair which was dyed in all white, the white hair makes her look like a goddess, but seeing her lips which are covered with a shiny black lipstick, her nails were a little bit longer and they were also painted in shiny black paint with some shiny stoned – makes Kaiden gets witchy vibes from her.
