DAISY’S POV

I felt Like something was rising in me.

A strange heat ran through my veins. My fingers curled into claws. My vision turned red. My teeth sharpened like fangs.

Then—I attacked.

I didn’t mean to. My body moved on its own. I launched at him and bit his neck.

Blood.

Everyone gasped.

“No!” someone screamed. “She bit the Alpha!”

Noah staggered back, holding his neck. His eyes wide. Shocked.

I stepped back, panting. My mouth… tasted like blood. My body was shaking, twitching. Something was wrong. Very wrong.

The whispers started again.

“Her eyes…”

“Look at her fangs!”

“She’s not… she’s not one of us.”

I looked at my hands—my nails were black. My skin is pale. My reflection in the training glass showed a monster I didn’t recognize.

Then—everything went black.

The moment I woke up, l was laying in a luxurious bed inside a strange room. I don’t even know where I was.

My body ached. My head throbbed. But worst of all… I was alone.

Until the door creaked open.

Alpha Noah stood there, a thick bandage around his neck.

I sat up slowly. “What… what did I do?”

Why am I here?

Where is my grandfather?

He said, “Answer my question first and I'll tell You where the old man is.

Did you or did you not know about your powers?

I Snapped, “Powers?!

 what do you…

The moment I ask, it just flash back to my memory, The drama that just happened to me at training ground.

I placed my hand on my hand, “I shifted, I think, but, but it wasn’t into a wolf.”

Looking at my hands I was confused.

“I don't know how that happened.”

He said with his face unreadable, “you don't expect me to believe that.”

“Officially, I sent your grandfather to the Border to help secure the perimeter”.

unofficial that was his punishment for keeping the truth from us.

I looked at him, I demanded,what truth?

He stared at me, his eyes locked on mine, he brought out a letter and handed it over to me.

I looked at the letter from my grandpa.

I opened it.

And read.

Daisy, I'm Sorry, kid.

I wanted to tell you the Truth.

When your mother was your age, she ran away for a year, when She came back, we'll, she had you. Oh, she wouldn’t tell anyone Who the father was.

But when You were born, I knew you were different, you were a vampire-wolf hybrid.

Tears falling down from my eyes.

Alpha Noah, voice, finished?

Good!

I turned to him and snapped, “I'm a monster?

What are you gonna do now, Alpha?

Kick me out?

Leave me to the wolves, literally?

He said, “nothing is going to happen to you.

I promise.”

I said, “just how are you going to word?”

Basically, everyone out there wants me dead.

 he said

It is simple.

He gave a Caton, “pack your things, Storm.” “You’re moving in with me,” He said.

LORD KLAUDIU’S POV

I was asleep in my cold, dark chambers. For centuries, the castle had been silent. Nothing moved. Nothing breathed.

Until the dream came.

It wasn't like the others. It was clear. Powerful.

My daughter is very close, so I need to find her.

When I looked at her eyes, it was glowing red. Her scream shook the stars. And then… the ancient mark on her wrist lit up with fire.

I woke up at once, my black eyes wide.

"Finally," I whispered, voice shaking with joy. "After all these years… my daughter has awakened."

A thousand years I had waited for this moment. A thousand years since she was taken from me. Hidden. Raised by wolves. My daughter, the last born of the vampire royal bloodline.

I stood from my throne made of bones and shouted, “Lucien!”

A tall, pale man appeared in seconds and bowed low. “Yes, my lord?”

“Go,” I said, fangs showing. “Bring my daughter home.”

Lucien didn’t ask questions. He simply vanished into the shadows.

This time, I would not fail.

DAISY’S POV

I packed my things slowly. Everything I knew was gone. My identity… my mother’s death… the power inside me… it was all too much.

Alpha Noah said I had to move in with him—for my protection. He was right. Ever since I bit him during training, the entire pack feared me. Some even tried to attack me in the hallways. I didn’t want to admit it… but I had no one else.

Noah’s house was big, cold, and way too clean. Like no one really lived here.

When I entered, he wasn’t around. So I explored a bit.

Then I found a door slightly open.

I pushed it.

Inside was a dark room filled with weapons, silver chains, and—maps. Lots of maps. Red marks. Circles. Names.

It was a vampire hunting map.

I stepped closer, heart pounding.

My name was on it.

Right next to the word: "DANGEROUS."

Then I heard a voice—right behind me.

“This is the Alpha’s private office.”

I jumped and spun around. Noah stood behind me, arms crossed.

“I…I was just looking around here, everything here looks so nice and I didnt know you were there,” I said, stepping back till my back pressed on the wall.

His face didn’t change. “But since you’re already in here, we might as well go over the ground rules.”

I swallowed hard.

“You’ll be staying here until further notice,” he said. “You are not allowed to leave unless it’s to go to school and back. No late-night walks. No visiting town. And,” he added with a smirk, “you’ll be sleeping in the Alpha’s master bedroom.

My eyes widened. “ Really do you want me to sleep with you?” I asked sharply.

He snapped. “You can sleep in the closet at least that maybe better, right?

Or out side the house I don't really care where you sleep.”

I snapped, “then why don't your let me leave?”

As he looked at me our eyes locked in each other like we’re about to take our first kiss, he was very close, his voice was low and darker. “should I tell you how I used to handle my prisoners?” he murmured, his breath brushing my lips. “Especially the ones who drink blood.”

I glared at him. “Then why keep me here at all?”

He paused, staring at me. For the first time, he looked… conflicted.

“Because if I don’t… they’ll come for you. And I won't like to be far from you because I've already promised to protect you.”

Suddenly, a loud sound echoed from the front of the house. A knock. Then another.

Then…

  • THE ALPHA I HATE    CHAPTER 133 : THE ALPHA'S SON

DAISY'S POV "Now we prepare," Gabriel said. "Tomorrow, when the others arrive, we'll start making our challenges to the current leaders.""How long do we have before the fighting starts?" Noah asked.Gabriel thought about it. "Probably a week. Maybe less."One week. I had one week with my son before he risked his life to save the magical world."There's something else," Gabriel said hesitantly."What?" I asked, though I wasn't sure I wanted to know.Gabriel looked directly at me. "Mom, your magic has been growing stronger over the years, hasn't it?"I was surprised by the question. "Yes, actually. How did you know?""Because you're not just a witch," Gabriel said. "You're something much rarer.""What do you mean?"Gabriel took a deep breath. "Mom, you're a Oracle.""A what?" I asked in confusion."An Oracle," Gabriel repeated. "A witch who can see the future and influence fate itself."I laughed nervously. "That's ridiculous. I can't see the future.""Can't you?" Gabriel asked gently

  • THE ALPHA I HATE    CHAPTER 132: THE RETURN

DAISY'S POVEighteen years laterI stood on the balcony of our new pack house, watching the sun rise over our territory. It was hard to believe that eighteen years had passed since that terrifying night when we fled to the Hidden Valley. So much had changed since then.Noah and I had returned to our combined packs five years ago, bringing with us new knowledge and magical protections that Luna had taught us. We had built the strongest pack in the region, with both werewolves and witches living together peacefully. Our pack now owned three successful companies: a security firm, a healing center, and a magical artifacts business. We had become wealthy and powerful, but more importantly, we had created a safe haven for magical families. But there was one thing missing from our perfect life.Gabriel.My son had chosen to stay in the Hidden Valley to complete his training as a Bridge Child. For the past five years, I had only seen him during brief visits. Each time I saw him, he looked mor

  • THE ALPHA I HATE    CHAPTER 131 : THE ALPHA'S STRENGTH

NOAH'S POV Sarah smiled that same cruel smile Katherine had worn. "To make the Bridge Children powerful enough to be worth stealing.""You wanted us to do the ceremony?" Emma asked in horror."Of course," Sarah said. "Four ordinary babies wouldn't have been much use to us. But four Bridge Children with fully awakened powers? That's a different story.""You're sick," Jake snarled."I'm practical," Sarah corrected. "Katherine and I have been planning this for decades. We knew the Bridge Children would be born eventually, and we knew they would need protectors.""So you became one of the protectors," Luna said with disgust."I became the perfect protector," Sarah said proudly. "Someone everyone would trust. Someone who could guide you to make all the right choices to strengthen the children."Gabriel started crying in Daisy's arms, but this time his cry was different. It was sad and betrayed, like he understood that someone he trusted had been lying to him."Don't take it personally, li

  • THE ALPHA I HATE    CHAPTER 130: THE MISSING BETA

NOAH'S POVWhile we were preparing for whatever attack might come at midnight, I suddenly realized something important was missing."Where's Elias?" I asked Tom, looking around the pack house.Tom looked confused. "Elias? Your beta?""Yes, my beta," I said impatiently. "He was supposed to be taking care of pack affairs while I was gone. Where is he?"Tom's face went blank for a moment, like he was trying to remember something. "I... I don't know. I can't remember seeing him for weeks.”That made me worried. Elias had been my beta for five years. He was reliable, strong, and completely loyal. He would never abandon the pack during a crisis."Amy," I called to the young wolf who had told us about the spy. "Where is Beta Elias?"Amy looked just as confused as Tom. "I don't remember seeing him recently either. But Alpha, there's something strange about that.""What do you mean strange?""I mean I can't remember when I last saw him, but I also can't remember being worried about him being g

  • THE ALPHA I HATE    CHAPTER 129: THE RETURN HOME

NOAH'S POVThree months had passed since the ceremony at the Heart of Magic. The Shadow Master was gone, his power broken when the magical races united under the Bridge Children's call. But I still felt restless.I stood at the edge of the Hidden Valley, looking toward the mountains that separated us from my old territory. Every day, I thought about my pack - the wolves I had left behind when we fled to protect Gabriel."You're thinking about going back, aren't you?" Daisy said softly, walking up beside me with Gabriel in her arms.I nodded. "They're my responsibility. I left them when they needed me most."Gabriel was bigger now, and his magical abilities had stabilized since the ceremony. He could sit up on his own and his eyes had changed from baby blue to a striking silver color that seemed to glow in certain light."The Guardian said it's safe now," Daisy reminded me. "The Council has disbanded, and most of the Shadow Coven members have been captured.""I know," I said. "But I ke

  • THE ALPHA I HATE    CHAPTER 128: THE HEART OF MAGIC

DAISY'S POVWe ran through the Hidden Valley as fast as we could, but I could feel the Shadow Master getting closer. The air was getting colder, and dark clouds were spreading across the sky like a nightmare."This way!" Sarah shouted, leading us toward a path I had never seen before.Behind us, I could hear Katherine laughing and the sound of buildings being destroyed. The thought of that evil woman getting her hands on Gabriel made me run faster."He's tearing apart the Hidden Valley," Luna said as we ran."Where exactly is this Heart of Magic?" Nick asked Sarah."In the center of the Earth," Sarah replied. "There's an entrance through the old mine shaft up ahead.""The center of the Earth?" I said, my heart pounding with fear and exhaustion. "That sounds impossible.""So did invisible valleys and flying witches," Noah pointed out.Emma and Jake were running beside us with baby Lily, while Marcus and Rose carried baby Aaron. All four Bridge Children were still glowing, creating a tr

NOAH'S POVI stared at Lucien, trying to process what he had just told me. Most of my pack was dead. The creatures were surrounding us.
