Celestine's expression turned grave, and he whispered, "Isn't that considered treason?"

Madame Agnes affirmed, "Yes, but that's not our concern right now. Your task is to intercept the mercenaries and safely escort the X country minister to Houston."

"When do we depart?" Celestine inquired, turning to Butler Mark.

"Right away. We need to set up an ambush," Butler Mark replied.

"I'm ready," Celestine declared, and Butler Mark turned to leave.

"Wait," Madame Agnes called out to Celestine, causing him to pause. She looked at him with a serious expression. "Your safety is of utmost importance."

Celestine smiled reassuringly and answered, "Don't worry, Mother. Nothing will happen to me."

Madame Agnes nodded, watching as Celestine followed Butler Mark out of the house.

As they left, Madame Agnes felt a sense of unease. She knew those mercenaries were ruthless and willing to sacrifice themselves for little gain.
