Mila saw this as something that made her very uncomfortable. She felt like skipping that part and going back to his room and sleeping.

She was feeling like she didn't want to party, therefore, she wanted to stay here for a long time, away from the eyes that were staring at him intently and unnecessarily not displaying the fake smile she showed earlier.

What is more, she is so sleepy, she is only slept a few hours today and because of the long procession, she can't sleep comfortably even though she literally just needs to sit all day.
