Serena walked into the large bedroom of the king and couldn't help but admire its beauty. Just like hers, there was a huge king sized bed at the center of the room, a door at the right to a walk-in closet whose door was opened to reveal rows of suits.
Huge silk drapes fell from the high windows, blocking out the morning sun. A working table was just at the left side of the room in front of a shelf that ran from one end to the other of the room.
Everything was mostly in shades of black or gray, just like his cars and she didn't need anyone to tell her those were the Alpha's favourite colours.

THE CEO ALPHA KING Chapter 9: Crushing on him Serena's POV As we unpacked everything we bought, the other servants, noticing we were back came to help us and by the time we were finished, I was tired and retired to my room. It wasn't hard finding it as I had carved an 'S' on my door with my room key. The hallways were also starting to get really familiar and I could locate my room with ease I opened the door and threw myself on the bed, closing my eyes in bliss, the mattress was so soft and comfy. I started to slip away from reality when my phone buzzed in my pocket. With sleepy eyes, I took it out, not recognizing the strange number that flashed against my screen. I hardly ever received any calls, especially from strange numbers.

Chapter 10: Scared Writer's POV There was a sickening silence in the room and it didn't help that the younger Alpha had an evil gleam in his eyes, as he patiently waited for the Alpha King to give his response. Why was he doing this? Requesting for her like some sort of object. There were thousands of chefs that he could afford but he had chosen Serena? Making him dinner Writer's POV Serena tossed about on her bed, before opening her eyes. Staring up at the ceiling, the first thought that came to her mind was the King's words from last night. A scent filled her nose and she sat up to see Isaac dozing off on the only sofa in her room. She smiled, picking up her phone on the nightstand. She gasped when she saw a text message from Martins. Glancing briefly at the time across her screen, she put the phone away, hoping to read the text later. She was late! She had to be at the king's chambers now. She stood up quickly, and headed for the bathroom when Isaac's voice stopped her.
