THE CEO ALPHA KING Chapter 9: Crushing on him Serena's POV As we unpacked everything we bought, the other servants, noticing we were back came to help us and by the time we were finished, I was tired and retired to my room. It wasn't hard finding it as I had carved an 'S' on my door with my room key. The hallways were also starting to get really familiar and I could locate my room with ease I opened the door and threw myself on the bed, closing my eyes in bliss, the mattress was so soft and comfy. I started to slip away from reality when my phone buzzed in my pocket. With sleepy eyes, I took it out, not recognizing the strange number that flashed against my screen. I hardly ever received any calls, especially from strange numbers.
Chapter 10: Scared Writer's POV There was a sickening silence in the room and it didn't help that the younger Alpha had an evil gleam in his eyes, as he patiently waited for the Alpha King to give his response. Why was he doing this? Requesting for her like some sort of object. There were thousands of chefs that he could afford but he had chosen Serena? He didn't have good intentions; she was sure about that and the smirk on his face proved it. A wave of fear rushed through her and she shivered under the cold air as she could possibly think of better coffee makers than her. Hell, there was even a coffee maker machine! So why was he trying so hard to get her?
Chapter 11: Lonely Writer's POV Few minutes later, Grandma Felicia was standing before the king in his large sitting room. Both of his guests must have left because the room was empty save for the Alpha King who sat still on his large chair and appeared to d in deep thoughts. "My lord. Your Highness." Grandma Felicia bowed, showing submission to him. At first glance, the scene looked wrong. An older woman bowing to someone who was old enough to be her son. But they all knew the king was far older than anyone else. He had lived for years, and could be two times older than the woman. He looked like he
Chapter 12: Siblings Writer's POV Serena walked into her room, feeling weak, exhausted and confused. Emotions clouded her mind at once and there was no time to sort them out. She doesn't understand what had happened in the king's chambers. Nor why it happened. All she knew was that he asked her to wait there. She laid on the bed, kicking off her shoes tiredly. Her cellphone she had totally forgotten about due to the fear vibrated in her pocket. Maybe it was Kate, she thought, digging it out her smile fell. It wasn't Kate but a blush filled her cheeks as her smile returned when she realized who was calling. &n
Chapter 13: In Tears. Happy. Writer's POV "Hold on. Wait!" Isaac said to Serena nervously as she opened her mouth to read off the result. Serena chuckled, looking up at him. "Why? It's a DNA test. Why are you so nervous?" Serena asked. "It's just that...I..don't.." "Come on, I'm sure the person you are testing him or her..." "It's her." Isaac corrected and she shrugged, looking back at the piece of paper in hand. "Okay, her DNA must be lucky to match yours and have you as a father or sister." Serena laughed
Chapter 14: My master Writer's POV It was around 7:00pm when King Zed arrived at his castle. He stepped down from his black limo adjusting his expensive suit. "Get her to make coffee for me. She can add more sugar this time." He said to Adam before walking through the opened door that led to the sitting room. He took the private elevator to his room as he recalled sgst had happened with his slave, Serena, two days ago. The way she had acted and pleaded with what she thought was a ghost from his former slave brought a smile to his face. Of course it was so funny. He wasn't the type to express his emot
Making him dinner Writer's POV Serena tossed about on her bed, before opening her eyes. Staring up at the ceiling, the first thought that came to her mind was the King's words from last night. A scent filled her nose and she sat up to see Isaac dozing off on the only sofa in her room. She smiled, picking up her phone on the nightstand. She gasped when she saw a text message from Martins. Glancing briefly at the time across her screen, she put the phone away, hoping to read the text later. She was late! She had to be at the king's chambers now. She stood up quickly, and headed for the bathroom when Isaac's voice stopped her.
Offense Writer's POV King Zed appeared from the hallway and the temperature in the room dropped, each movement he made spoke of deadly aura and bled power. He sat at the head of the table. "Good evening, master." Serena greeted, a newly founded confidence exploded in her, she just had to be perfect until Isaac got her out of here. The king lifted his eyes to her, acknowledging her presence for the first time since he walked in, and she lowered her eyes in submission. "Have your seat. You'll be having dinner with me." King Zed announced. Serena gasped softly. Just like yesterday, he was requesting her to have dinner with him again today. It felt weird to her,
